Simulus often has offers and promotions running. You can catch any offers on our social media channels.

RETURNS
What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind about an order you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. it must be returned in its original packaging with no damage to the product. This policy does not apply to personalised items such as custom jerseys or hoodies. We cannot accept returns for such goods.

Returning a damaged or incorrect item.
If you have received a package where the contents have been damaged in transit you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. this applies to all goods regardless of personalisation.

If you have received a package with an incorrect item please contact us and we will resolve the issue with you.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Once we have received your return your refund will be processed within 1-3 days. it can then take some time for the refund to complete depending on your payment method and bank.
ORDERS
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched once production is completed. To allow us to have the biggest range possible we make products to order, this does sometimes effect delivery. you will be contacted when your order is dispatched. Can I track my order?
If you have an account on our website you can log in and track your orders from your account.

All customers should also receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

I've only received part of my order?
Sometimes we ship items separately to speed up the overall shipping time and keep our prices competitive. If you have a query on where your order is don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I cancel or change an order?
If you have a problem with your order contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you. Changes to an order will not be possible once production has started.

How much is shipping?
We have FREE shipping to the UK, EU & US on all orders over £50. Any order under £50 will have a shipping costs which can be found a here
